Chanukah is a beautiful holiday on the Jewish calendar. The celebration begins on Kislev 25, which this year falls on November 28th at approximately 4p.m. It is a celebration that lasts 8 days in which we celebrate by lighting lights. Hence the other name "Chag HaUrim", festival of lights.
